I've been trying to find bulgur and quinoa at my local publix for a while now. I have yet to find it! Any tips on hunting these things down?

ail.asp?recipe=652099). The reason I want to make it is to try more vegetarian recipes. So, how could I bulk up this meal to keep meat-loving hubby happy? Any side dish or bulking up ideas would be awesome.
