Try a protein shake to get in the extra calories. I usually make a shake for breakfast a few days per week that is about 400 calories. I use 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein, 1 cup of skim milk, 1 small banana, 1/2 cup of strawberries and 1 tbsp of Jif. Yum!!

cut back a bit on your water, which may help on wanting or feeling the hunger come back. Yes water is good for you, and you do need some, but I wouldn't replace it with more liquid. Or try some higher calorie foods instead of the lower calorie alternatives, a handful of almonds, or add a little peanut butter - we like to have it with 1/2 an apple.
