hey y'all... i have not seen this topic yet and it is much needed advice again... i love the feeling that i am getting from my work outs, i love seeing the results esp in my belly area.... but i have come to a road block. it might be a really simple fix and i am just not seeing it. i seem to be burning to many calories and not takeing in enough! now i know that it would be simple and probably is... to just eat more, but i have a hard time eating enough now! i am mixing my water during the day with powerade since i was drinking too much water (15 glasses a day)... i am just not hungry. i have no appitite and am looking for some kind of advice so that i dont undo what i just did :) so since you guys again have always been great, what can you offer as advice here.... and thanks!!!!
