How many calories per 100 g you see in tracker?
Raw rice is about 300+ kcal per 100 g, cooked - smaller (100+ kcal) per 100 g.

Sparkpeople entries (the ones without usernames beside them) are always for cooked unless otherwise noted.

I believe it's cooked, unless it specifies otherwise

My guess is cooked, but if you're unsure you could just enter the nutrition information from the brown rice you used.
