The key to me eating healthy is eating mindfully. This means reading labels, making balanced choices, and most importantly, listening to my body's hunger cues.

Broke it; thanks for everybody's advice. I cut back on my snacks(green peas, one can) and amped up my work outs. Worked great, broke the 160 plateau and i'm now at 156! that's 24 lbs from where i started, so i'm stoked. the insanity is a great workout, it's not as hard as they make it look on TV, just fyi. patrick
