I'm always so busy in the morning-before starting SP I would just skip it, or wouldn't have an appetite due to overeating the night before.
Now, I always have time for a piece of toast with either peanut butter, or low fat cream cheese with a piece of fruit. This whole week was hectic and I brought a baggie of cereal and a Bell jar with milk at had at it at my desk.
Keeping it simple seems to work for me.

Breakfast is a meal of unending possibilities. Do not restrict yourself to the same dishes of eggs, potatoes and grits. Treat it in the same manner you plan a dinner.
