I don't think bread is bad, but I think storebought bread is gross and I'm too busy to bake my own more than once/month, so that's about how often I eat it. I do find that it is very caloric for the amount you get, so that's another reason I'm not baking it more frequently. The only bread product I buy from the store is flour tortillas but they are very high calorie too so I don't eat those often either!

Do you eat bread in moderation? Or refrain from it all together ? Personally a little here and there helps me stay full longer.....what do you think?
