Hello All! After being in the military for over 20 years, I am ashamed to say that I've let myself go since I got out in 2005. But, it's a new day!. Menopause is trying to get the best of me, but I'm believing joining SparkPeople is the spark I need to get my fire roaring again!

Well here we go. I am trying something new, hopefully with more success than other things I have tried in the past. I have tried every gimmick out there, well maybe not them all and I have finally relized that this is not going to be easy. It is going to take hard work and commitment. Nothing in a pill is going to make it go away!! So wish me luck. I am very excited to begin this journey!!!
