Pinklady, I was really intimidated by Pilates, and still kind of am sometimes. But I have a great instructor who finds ways to modify things until I'm strong enough to do the original version. It's so worth it for me. My instructor has given me a bunch of things I can do at home on the days I don't have a session to continue my journey.

I miss bowling, but I'm recommended against doing it because of back injuries. Today I did Pilates and pushed a wheelchair through the snow.
