I never heard of vi before. Sometimes I'll have a shake for dinner because I don't have the time to cook, or just too tired to cook anything. emoticon

Anarie, they asked me to be a distributer, i said no, i have a job and two kids, that is alllll i I do agree you can lose a lot if you do that.

I'll make a shake mostly after a workout or if I'm rushing for breakfast, but I don't follow the diet like they want you to. Plus, I get my shake mix off of eBay. It's much cheaper there since I don't use much of it.

Be very careful not to get sucked in to the "be a distributor so you can buy it cheaper" scheme. It sounds like a good idea, but once you're in too far to get out, rules change and you start losing money and getting stuck with products you don't want.

please dont misunderstand, i definatly eat, I usally have a good breakfast and then munch on veggies and fruit with a tuna sandwich for lunch, i workout everyother day..I only drink the shakes at night when i get home to late to eat a meal, then i mix up a shake and have that instead. It fills me up and has the vitamin packs that you can add to it. I would never recommend to anyone to take the easy way out, it is to easy to go back. You definatly need to work to lose the weight and you need to change your lifestyle. Thanks for the comments

i have researched also and it is full of not good for you ingredients. wish more people would do the weight loss thing the old fashioned way...eating right and exercise.

nope but I have a friend that swears by it. I just can't get in to drinking my snacks or meals. I need real food.

I have been using body by vi, or visalus. I love the shakes and I usually have one of those if it is later in the evening for dinner. I just wondered if anyone else uses it.
