thanks. i have "low" normal blood pressure readings. i feel fine now...i think i have narrowed it down to not enough calories over the last few days including this morning....at least that's what i am hoping i will def keep an eye on it and se DR if it happens again

I agree that it may be a blood pressure issue. Usually when your blood pressure is up that is when the vision changes take place. Not every time but it happens. I saw stars and had blurry vision a lot when I was pregnant with one of my sons and I had preeclampsia. I would keep an eye on it and see your doctor if it occurs again.

That sounds like something I would recommend you check a doctor about. It could be a blood pressure thing, or perhaps some blood sugar issues. It would be difficult for us to speculate what it could be.If it keeps happening check with a doc.
Did you eat before your workout?
