I have worked hard this week. I planned what I would eat ahead of time and I exercised faithfully. The results are I lost 4 lbs!!!!! I have been struggling to get back to eating healthy and exercising, but it was definitely worth the effort because it paid big!! Woo HOO!! emoticon
