I use a lot of chicken, fresh or frozen fish without any breading, kidney beans, black beans, chick peas and cottage cheese.

Fish. I had a tilapia fillet the other day for lunch. It was small..about 4 ounces, and packed in 24 grams of protein. I also like eggs, and greek yogurt. A single serving container of greek yogurt has 14 grams of protein, and no fat.

Beans are an excellent source of protein because they are plants. Also, they are cheap and versatile.

Eggs! I'll have a couple of egg whites and 1 whole egg for breakfast.
Also meats (lean are best).
Try beans, legumes.
Also some grains are high in protein -- quinoa is great.
