Push aways.

Push yourself away from the food once you've eaten your Spark calories.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

There's no way to target fat loss to specific areas of the body. You can strengthen your core with abdominal exercises, but you won't see any definition until the fat is gone. Fat loss is achieved through a healthy diet and regular exercise. Your body will decide where it wants to take the weight off and when, but eventually it should start to come from those areas where you carry excess.

Hope that helps,

Help! My husband was debating with me on what is best for getting rid of my midsection. I have no idea -especially after talking to him...more confused than ever. Thanks emoticon
