In Scotland it was cold and wet most of the summer that I was there. Learned to enjoy walking in the rain as long as I was wearing the proper rain gear and boots. Dog had a raincoat too. She had a quilted jacket for cold dry days. We had some long walks in the rain. Hardly anyone else out so we had parks and roads pretty much to ourselves.

I am beginning to lose weight except the cold rainy and damp weather makes it so I do not want to walk outside. Instead I do exercises in my apartment through out the day.
