At age 52, with years of "bad knees", I have started the 5K Your Way challenge. I NEVER considered running as a possibility in my life, but had a "WOOHOO" moment when my daughter inspired me to run. I am starting with a walking 5k and intend to progress through the run/walk 5k to the running 5k. I haven't put this on a timeline yet. I feel ultra accomplished just making the decision!
