Honestly, you don't have to work out 7 days a week! I always take off at least one day a week for muscle rebuilding and rest. I always work out harder the day after my rest. If you're cleaning houses, you are getting physical exercise, maybe you should think about doing something with stretching, like yoga. Then on the days you're off work, if you have days off, do cardio or weight training. Weight training to me gives me a lot of energy, and I can do it even when I feel tired. Maybe aerobic type work sounds too much when I'm worn out, but weight bearing exercise actually makes me feel better.
Also, do you always have to eat where the friends want to go? Maybe you can choose sometimes too, so you can pick a place with more choices for you.
