I find myself so busy lately, that I miss many days of logging, exercising, eating right, etc. I don't worry about it. I just do as many days and I can and keep jumping back on the wagon. I figure that missing a few days here and there aren't near as bad as missing every chance I have to do better by giving up.
Time to pull those boot straps up!

Keep a sense of humor. Remember, laughing burns calories too!

try not to worry about it as it's nothing that can't be fixed - but I agree what the other poster has said, as soon as you realise it's happening make an effort to get out of the habit as soon as possible to try to stop the damage growing. Hope you can get back to it fairly easily

I think this happens to a lot of us!! And I think the best thing to do is to get back to it as soon as we realize that its happening, or it becomes easier to make excuses! That is one of my problems, as soon as I start making excuses they begin to breed like rabbits!lol I hope you enjoy your company and have success when you start back!!
