I think I have a background picture but I don't remember how I got it on. I do wish there was a way to look at someone's background page without the ads and the main page, some of them are really beautiful and you only get a quick glimpse before it gets covered over.

If I am looking for something specific, I search for it on Google, then click on "Images"; that is how I found the snowman background for my Spark page. I just Googled the term "snowman wallpaper".

I've collected "scavenged" graphics from all over the 'net. Unless they state a copyright, or I can see a logo -- especially if it's a commercial site with an identifiable graphic, I won't use that.

Otherwise, if it's posted publicly, I figure it's fair game. Most personal pages like these aren't intended for commercial use; we're not making any money from them, nor depriving the creator of any revenues by using them. No one has even suggested I should cease and desist, in any case!

My background is a picture that I took last year at a KC Royals game. I edited it, a little bit. A lot of people get theirs from their own photos, or they save pictures they find online, and use those. :o)

I am trying to build my sparkpage. Where are people getting these really cool backgrounds?
