That's how I felt today too...but when I took a bite of celery-it actually tasted good.My body was like yay-something healthy!

after a holiday season of moderate indulgence i am feeling a little sluggish! so back to the basics for me lots and lots of veggies, cut back on the dairy, say bye bye to bread and baked goods... back to meal planning and advance tracking...
