thank you for the encouragement! I needed to do something cause my energy requirements were simply not enough, my husband is forever saying the reason I lack energy is diet and lifestyle, so about time I do something about it emoticon

thankyou for you warm welcome! today was the beginning of getting in shape and eating right. I am feeling great so far so good. It is wonderful all the support you guys have on here. it is a rainy and cold day, I don't feel like going out and going to the gym but I know I need to, so the sooner the better. I need to eat for energy as I am often feeling run down. Anyway best get my butt moving :)

It has been a long time, but I see this programe has really developed over the last couple of years. My goal is to get healthy, increase my energy levels and improve my body image. I already exercise but diet needs a shake up. emoticon
