thanks glory. I think I vary my workouts a lot so that isn`t the problem. The problem is I don`t lose any weight in 2 weeks even when I adhere to the plan and then I feel like, forget it. What is all this torture for if it won`t even yield a 500 gram loss. It feels like torture. I try not to think of it that way, I visualize me at my goal weight every day. And yet I am super depressed. not making the cut.

My best advise is to find a Spark Team that has the same goals, interest or hobbies you do. Since you will have something in common, the team members can help keep you motivated.

Our bodies are amazing things. Over time when we do the same exercises, our muscles get smart and don't work as hard. There are great videos for exercises to try something new.

Here I am once again, I am trying to lose 40 lbs again. I lost 50 lbs 5 years ago. I gained 30 lbs back in the next 4 months. And for 4 years tried to lose that 30 lbs. Lost 0 lbs in 4 years. Recently took a turn to body love. Not giving up, kept with my exercise but I don`t know how to get started. I`ll keep it up for a 5 day period and lose nothing. Then on the weekend I may eat about 400 cal per day more than during the week. I always gain 1 kg or more over the weekend. I spend the next week going down again and once about every three weeks my weight goes up and doesn`t come back down. I have never lost inches while trying to diet moderately.

I don`t drink soda, I try to portion control and I tracked every single calorie for 4 years without losing any weight. I got really sick of it. I don`t know how to get started or how to keep any sort of motivation without the weight or inches going down.

I lost the 50 lbs by starving myself. I am 39 years old, 88kg and 175cm. I exercise every day for at least 30 minutes. I like exercise. Mix of exercise walking with intervals, weight training, and for fun snowboarding or surfing and swimming depending on the season.

I need some friends who can tell me how to do this. I have gotten so much advice over the years and none of it has clicked. My activity tracker tells me I burn more than 3000 cal per day. I know I don`t eat that much. I eat salad and make sure I get my protein. I use flax seed.
The bad thing I do is drink red wine. I would say I drink in moderation. No more than 4 glasses on weekends. And weekdays none, or 1 or 2. I have tried not drinking at all. It took a lot of will power and didn`t result in any weight lost in 2 weeks so I gave it up.

Help!! Anybody need a friend who can`t lose weight? At least it will make you feel better....
