I finally loss all my baby weight thanks to t25. I have to admit I didn't really think it was going to help me lose weight...I've done turbo fire and even though I really love it, it didn't help me lose as much weight as I wanted. The TF workouts are longer than 25 minutes so I didn't believe ONLY 25 minuts a day were gonna do much... but it really did!
I'm thinking about doing the program all over again to get the best results :)
