I just cut it half, remove the seed, sprinkle with a little salt and eat it with a spoon. So good!

I slice it paper thin and spread it on my bread in place of mayonnaise. It's creamy and delicious!

I make avocado "egg" sandwiches - chop the avo like hard boiled egg then do the same as you would normally. This is a fancier version, but you get the idea: thebroccolihut.com/avocado-eggless-salad/<

Avocado and pineapple is really tasty.

You can get pretty crazy: avocado chocolate pudding, avocado ice cream...

OOOOh, one of my favorite foods out is a dish at a tapas place: toasts with avocado & beets - with a touch of salt and olive oil. YUUUUUM! www.tribunact.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/

I am interested in trying avocado. I have tried guacamole before and have not been a huge fan, but I don't want to write avocados off forever because I have tried one variation of them and didn't like it,

What other ways do my fellow Sparkies use them? I would love to hear your ideas!

Thanks!
