I hope you get on track soon.
I'm having a similar problem, because of situations surrounding me.
I could cave in and grab junk, so I'm doing my best to avoid using food as comfort

You have just started here. Motivation is a work in progress. Patience is more important right now. There is a lot of information to absorb, including many articles about motivation. Just hang around and start to follow a plan. Motivation will come.

having trouble getting my attitude and brain on track. self control is the key but at times it seems so hard to resist. need to dig deep and get motivated!
