I also do rope jumping without a rope, for 6 minutes so far. Increasing it by 1 minute every workday. It is a great way to energize and refresh the mind. It also burns a lot of calories!

Yes, I work out at my job also walking the stairs and walking to another floor to use the restroom and on all my breaks I go outside and walk. I continue to walk when I get home.

When I am at work, during my down time I will walk up and down the stairs for at least 5 minutes, do jumping jacks, crunches, lunges, and other exercises to sneek in at least 10-15 minutes of exercise a couple of times during my work day....
