I always look back on how I was and look at how far I have come. I don't worry about slipping back because that is going to happen, the way out is not to stick to it and pull out of it.

You can always get advice on here which is great.

This is a wonderful place to find support and motivation. Reading blogs from people that have made a lifestyle change, lost weight and keeping it off will really gives me some inspiration.

OF Motivation! Seems to be a trend here looking for motivation, and I enjoy reading posts dealing with this subject. Can be hard to keep up but emoticon & the support that is shown! I am sure others agree!
