Why not just put in something that is close to it in intensity such as kickboxing or such...

Circuit training (bootcamp), do not count the warm-up/cool-down in the minutes or calories will be overestimated. She gives specifc instructions on each DVD about how often to do her workouts. Go the the work-out recommendations part of the disk.

I would category it as cardio. Possibly medium intensity.

hey everyone! whoa! just did the jillian michaels 6 week six pack work out video level 1 (half hour) and let me tell you WHAT AN ASS KICKER!!! it was a great work out and i am pooped... butttttt i can not find it or know how to put it in to add it to my work out tracker. i would put it in but i dont know how many calories i burned..... and i can not find it under anything.....can anyone help? i would love to know and also, is this an every day video, or every other day. that would help too, you guys always know the answers so thanks in advance :)
