Does the plan involve eating fewer calories but making them nutrition-dense?

Moving more and being less sedentary?

No quick-fix gimmicks or products you have to buy?

Then it's sustainable and will bring success...

If not, it's just another sham in place to take your money!

Hi I just wondered if anyone here has done a program with beverly hills weight loss center in Canada? I had a friend that tried it and has had success but I am just wondering what other people thought and if it is something that is sustainable?
