Good to have you, Lou. I'm recently starting back again. This worked well for me and I lost a lot of weight. I didn't stick to it though, so I'm starting over. I know from experience that it works as long as you stick with it.

Welcome to the room, Lou! SparkPeople can help you no matter where you are at in your journey. I never thought I would lose the extra five pounds that I have, but I'm down two and a half in just a couple weeks. You'll love it!

What's up fellas, I know you guys get new guys everyday. But, I gotta introduce myself if I'm to get anything out of this, right? And who knows, I might actually help someone along the way.

Anyways, my name's Lou. I'm a 34 year old male living in Utah. This is a pretty fit state. I've been here 10 years and I am usually the biggest guy in the room. Sometimes I wish I would just move to Alabama or Houston, Texas (not that there is anything wrong with that). Just kidding. I used to live in Houston....and Dallas and San Antonio along with 11 other cities.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. I am 5'9 about 260 lbs. So, I've got some work to do. I have been looking around and so far I like this little corner of the SP site, so I hope you guys don't mind if I make myself comfortable...thanks in advance

Lou
