When you are on the nutrition tracker page, look under the box where you enter what you're looking for. It's under the button you click to search. It says "enter food not listed." A separate box will come up and then you can enter the name of the item as well as the serving size, calories, etc.

What is the ingredient in question?
You may need to enter some ingredients yourself if they're not in the database. But for most common ones, they should be.
