same as the PP, but I use painters cloths. You can get them at home depot or any home store. Much cheaper than nut bags..
You can use the pulp for almond flour. Freeze it until you are ready to use it or dehydrate it right away.

Making your own almond or coconut milk is very easy. You can either blanch your almonds or not.
You do need a very good blender.

8 oz almonds
1 quart water

Blend, blend, blend. You will have to strain. I use cheese cloth. Then you can thin down to adjust to your own personal tastes.

I have a tropical milk recipe on sparkrecipes. Just something different.
