TARESA21, it sounds like you are on the road to reaching your goal weight within the next few months. Congratulations. When you get there, don't stop! Keep doing what you are doing now, even when you reach your destination. Maybe add 200 calories to your day..that's it. The new lifestyle is here, the old is gone forever.

SO stoked and had to post somewhere. Today marks the 10 lbs lost...jumped on the scale this am and there is was only 5 wks of diet working out...even skipping workouts on busy weekends and i did it still! Got about 15 more to my perfect weight goal but this is exactly the push i needed to keep it up!
