Great news! That's fantastic, you must have worked very hard.
I have been here for 5 weeks as well, lost 5 pounds and I feel great!
Keep up the good work, you're almost half way there in such a short time.

SO stoked and had to post somewhere. Today marks the 10 lbs lost...jumped on the scale this am and there is was only 5 wks of diet working out...even skipping workouts on busy weekends and i did it still! Got about 15 more to my perfect weight goal but this is exactly the push i needed to keep it up!
I hate running, but i hate fat even more...running wins! Taresa
