I am fairly new to the site and was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as just hurts to move! I'm 345 pounds and my legs and ankles just hurt I know I use it as an excuse not to exercise, I know I need to move. My question is where do you guys find the motivation to exercise when yu just physically feel like you can't? Thanks everyone
