I am fairly new to the site and was wondering if anyone else has the same problem as me...it just hurts to move! I'm 345 pounds and my legs and ankles just hurt I know I use it as an excuse not to exercise, I know I need to move. My question is where do you guys find the motivation to exercise when yu just physically feel like you can't? Thanks everyone
