I was just looking at my bottle of magnesium pills and happened to look at the nutrition label.....Never thought about this until now, but I need to add this to my nutrition tracker because it has 10 calories, 1g protein, .5g fat and obviously Magnesium.......I know the first three are fairly low, but I would not have thought to put this information in..........

Who would have thought this??
I guess only air and water are free calories emoticon
