In fresh fruits and vegetables there is no salt. If you're boiling vegetables why not add onion powder and garlic powder to help reduce the salt? When you eat canned veggies / beans rinse them off first to avoid added salt. best of luck in your journey!

hello everyone......... m started diet. finally!! n nw m eating lots of fruits n veggies instead of baked items.... bt i dnt kn how to cut the salt....... to me eating is all about taste which pleasures my mouth( its the past... i hope!)...... n nw can anyone help me how i can forget salt in fresh fruits n raw veggies....thank u all......... n i want to shrink as soon as possible:-)
