Pretty much. I seem to remember the FTC going after 'ab belts' a few years ago for making completely unrealistic claims during commercials...

Burning fat is an all-body process, and you can't target where you lose weight from. Energy is delivered to the muscles via the bloodstream, NOT from being absorbed from surrounding fat stores. Stimulating those muscles electrically through a toning belt will not reduce belly fat.

Run away as far as you can. *Any* product which claims to spot reduce any part of your body is lying, because without surgery, that's not possible. You can't sweat it off, electrocute it off, eat it off, nor work it off.

Only time and overall fat loss can do that.

You mean the ones that electrically stimulate your muscles? No, they don't work. Total scam and waste of money.

There are no shortcuts or quick fixes for toned abs!

You don't have to eat the whole thing.
