You can do it! Start small and work up....doing whatever....walking or some spark videos etc. Shoot me an email and I'll try to help.

After turning 35 only four days ago i made myself a goal and I really wanted to loose weight i have tried other ways but after talking to my doctor he recommended me this sight . i like that i can see what i am eating and track my food intake and my exercise ...My daughter is my inspiration and for that i am taking a new start on life and this is my birthday present to myself and i think that so far I am doing a really good job...I will admit sometimes its really hard for me to reach my goals but i keep on truckin.
