LORIVIOLA, that is a milestone! The challenge now is to always keep that at the top of your mind when you are tempted. You and I know it is the absolute truth that, if we can resist, we will feel SO much better tomorrow morning when we wake up. Not only physically, but mentally! When I succeed at resisting excess food using this milestone knowledge, I feel completely successful in the morning. But, I must be truthful here, sometimes not even that exquisite knowledge can hold me back. Sometimes I meet an irresistible force. Thank goodness it's only sometimes!
Eliminate "I will try". Replace with "I will". You are now ready to succeed. Let's go.

sounds weird to call this a milestone, but i think it is:
I WAS SO UNCOMFORTABLE LAST NIGHT AFTER EATING WHAT I ATE. I WASNT MAD AT MYSELF FOR ENJOYING THE DAY, BUT, I THINK MY STOMACH JUST COULDNT HANDLE THE AMOUNT OF FOOD I ATE, SINCE I EAT A LOT LESS THESE DAYS. A MILESTONE, I THINK,
KNOWING THAT I WONT FEEL WELL IF I OVEREAT.
Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.
