good for you for going anyway! i am on my 5th day in a row at the gym. two days were only 20 minutes, but at least it was 20 minutes. AND i have never gone on both saturday, and sunday before, or at least i dont remember if i did.

another really stressful day today. well, actually only tonight... but, geesh. give me a break!

Kicked my butt out the door to take the dog for a walk even though I was literally looking for an excuse NOT to... my husband totally called me on it... :S BUT I WENT!

things have been tough dealing with mom getting older.
today, something actually went well, way better than expected and she got a walker/rollator delivered today. i didnt even need to be there. i needed the break. whew!
