One thing i do to stay motivated is I took a picture of myself in my bikini and printed it out and put it somewhere i would see it everyday. Next, i printed out a picture of a fitness model that i want to look like and put them side by side. This is just to start. Every 2 weeks i take a new picture of my body and put it next to the picture of how i want to look in the end. I'm doing this until my body looks like the other picture OR until i am completely satisfied with my body. I hope that some of you find this motivational method helpful.
