Don't be embarrassed! This is a common problem. Basically when you exercise vigorously you are increasing blood flow to all organs as your heart rate goes up and you also increase gastric motility....leads to increased flatulence.
My only suggestion is try and "use the facilities" prior to your exercise session to remove what is present and then do your best. :)
Edited to add: I couldn't resist so I did a search "Does exercise make you fart?" I found hundreds of articles including a bunch from SP! Various reasons and remedies were listed but I didn't see anything super definitive in terms of prevention.
sooo I have a bit of an embarrassing question. Does anyone get super gassy while working out? It happens alot when I do zumba or cardio. I've tried not eating before, eating before, snacking, taking beano or something like that. Nothing helps! Any one got some tips lol
