Thank you for the feedback. I do Zumba on an average of 4 days a week and I change up the intensity depending on if I did strength training or not. The day I do strength training I do a short class at medium intensity. On the days I don't I go all out.
Zumba was my way of switching up on my cardio because I was hitting a plateau with my weight loss. But since I have started I am seeing great results. Aside from all of the cardio and strength training I feel a need for a good massage to help loosen my body...Stretching only does so much. :-)

I think a day or two of rest from exercise each week is important. Also keep in mind that after 4-6 weeks of doing the same thing all the time, your body gets used to it. So it's important to make sure your routine has variety (and be sure you're including regular strength training) in order to keep your body challenged and seeing results.

I could do Zumba everyday!!! I just read "The best day to exercise are the days that end in Y".. I do try to go 2-3 times a week. I have really toned my legs a lot.. Keep up the Zumba....
