I just purchased a Zumba set and have completed the "step by step" dvd once. It goes through the different dance steps of some dances. I tripped over my own feet, the dogs and laughed at myself multiple times. I felt great afterwards! I work 1.5 jobs, so on the days that I do not have to work at my p/t job, I do my Zumba. How do I keep track of what calories I am burning?? I looked in the exercise tracking and there is only one Zumba entered; it is not what I am working on.
