I have had the zumba dvd's for about a year now. I just started doing them again (cardio party). For the past 4 days I have been doing the dvd, but only the first two songs. I know this isn't much, but I'm just getting into the routine. I'm just do discouraged because I get so winded I have to take breaks after the two songs. Should I keep doing the two songs until I can do them no problem and then add another? Any suggestions?
