I agree, that sounds like a massive injury waiting to happen.

I had the most exercise related injuries when I did step regularly.

That would not work at my current gym--my classmates cannot even begin to approximate what the instructor is doing without any props.

This program is brand new--I don't think that instructors have even certified for it yet.

Has anyone seen the You tube advertisement for Zumba Step? It looks like a great cardio workout that combines high intensity zumba with high intensity step.
