Eat Between 1230 to 1580 calories.
drink 8 cups of water
walk for 30 minutes
strength training ten minutes: abs, and core muscle groups.
write 15 minutes
read 15 minutes
housework 15 minutes

Today was a better day. Got in a walk, and a bootcamp video.

Tomorrow's goals

30 mintues of cardio
1 strength training video.

Also, Richard Johnson's lecture on YouTube is so worth watching. He wrote the book "The Sugar Fix."

So today i'll start a new community journal. Hopefully this will make me a little more accountable, then the regular posting. I'm trying to break through a plateau, and getting into a schedule when I"m off work since they are cutting back hours. I got in a walk today, and have been doing pretty well eating wise.
