So I made up this yummy lunch yesterday that was not only very tasting but filling as well and only 193 total calories. So I thought I would share it with you all: Wrap: 1-Tomato Basil Wrap 2oz Black Forest Ham 1/4 cup baby spinach (fresh) 1/4 cup thinly sliced apple 1 TBSP of rotel (could use tomato and jalapeños)
Side dish: 1/4 fresh strawberries 1/4 fresh blueberries
This meal was so tasty and so filling I forgot to eat my afternoon snack because I was so full. I made one for my friend as well but she didn't want the Rotel and just put mustard on hers and she liked it as well. I hope you all like it. I am definitely planning on eating this one again and am going to try it with turkey next time : ) Bon Appetit!
