Thank you for sharing!

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

Sounds great. You could cut the apple in half for a smaller portion if desired. I would serve this to company as a dessert!

That looks like a good recipe.

Personally I would cut up the apple and saute it in the coconut oil, brown sugar and honey. Oh and lose the cranberries

This looks delicious, I will definitely give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

NIRERIN - thank you for pointing out how to add a link properly, I don't know why I have never noticed that button before (duh!). I've always wondered how to do it properly without having to copy and paste.

can i request that when you share awesome recipes like that that you make it easier for people to get to them by using the add a link button [it's the middle button over the box that you type in, both when you originally write and when you edit]? it makes it so much easier for people to actually get to what you want to show them.

-google first. ask questions later.

I'm sure the original is wonderful (my son gobbled his all up), but I'm a big fan of artificial sweetners (I know some some of you are cringing!). Bon appetite! Let me know how much you love it!

Saw this recipe on The Chew yesterday, and just had to make them for lunch today! Awesome stuff. Here's the recipe:

My son got the original recipe, but for mine I used Splenda instead of honey and skipped the coconut oil.
