I'm with ya Bo-Man! We have a pretty good diet, so I'm only up to 200.6 pounds after 8 months of doing NOTHING. I'm going to try to run 250+ miles this year and get back into the gym. I started today! After having our first child, it was TOUGH getting up at 4:45am and getting to the gym like I was used to.
Well, I am back after a long time of being gone. The tipping point? When I could not button the jeans I have been squeezing into the last couple of months...
