Thanks! I'm trying. Slow going these days, but only because I'm a slacker.

I strongly encourage you to hang around, read a lot here, and learn a lot... I've learned SO much in my time here, and in helping others, have learned even more. I've made great friends, and studies have shown that those who participate in Sparkpeople communities are far more successful in their journeys than those who don't use the tools provided!

How do I figure out the fitness and calories burned after using a YouTube exercise video.
